The Board of Directors of Lafarge Zambia PLC (“the Board”) wishes to announce the
resignation of Mr Ahmed Khalifa as Chief Financial Officer effective 31 December 2021.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Khalifa for his service to the company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
The Board also wishes to announce the appointment of Mrs Choolwe Natala Lungu as the Acting Chief Financial Officer.
