In compliance with the Lusaka Securities Exchange Listing Rules (“LuSE Rules”), and the Securities Act No.1 of 2016, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Chilanga Cement Plc (“Chilanga Cement” or the “Company”) hereby wishes to inform its shareholders that Mrs. Choolwe N. Lungu will be separating from the Company effective 7 November 2022. Mrs. Lungu will therefore no longer serve as the Chief Financial Officer for Chilanga Cement and the Board thanks Mrs. Lungu for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
